Mindful Mondays

 

New group starting January 25th at 12:30pm!  There is a lot of talk about mindfulness, are you curious?  Having a mindfulness practice can be beneficial to those under a lot of stress, experiencing depression or anxiety, sleep disturbances or other mental health concerns.  Mindfulness is also a valuable tool to add to your self-care kit so come join us and see how it may benefit you!
