Be There

So far this suicide prevention week we've talked about asking the question "Are you thinking about killing yourself?" and how to keep someone safe who is having suicidal thoughts. Next up is how to be there for them in their pain. If someone you know is thinking about suicide, take the third step and #BeThe1To be there. Listen to their reasons for feeling hopeless and in pain.
